All those wanting to give Tony Blair a bloody nose might be heartened by the latest poll. It puts Labour only 5 points ahead of the tories. Yes, we said ‘only’. In a poll last month Labour were a massive 12 points ahead. This seems strange to us at Blighty. We thought everyone was voting against Blair. We can only assume that people intending to support Labour don’t have access to the internet. Perhaps they’re all too poor?

Anyway, even if this poll was reflected in an election Labour would still have a majority of over 100 seats. So, on reflection, that would hardly leave a scratch on Blair’s honker. Sorry guys!
