Hi Col, it’s Dunnet Head I think, although there are a number of places more Northerly than John O’Groats. I’ve put a link in my initial post to the pertinent multimap page.

Absolutely. I would rather live in the 14th Century than the 13th or the 12th. Since I missed those three and landed in this century I guess it is OK.
